At Carolina West Wireless we recognize that every year you are asked to do more with less funding. That is why we would like to take this opportunity to share with you some opportunities available for additional funding for your school. Were you aware that The Schools and Libraries Program of the Universal Service Fund, commonly referred to as E-Rate, which is available to your school also covers the cost of wireless service? Your school may obtain discounts for the telecommunication services based upon your school's participation in the National School Lunch Program. Discounts can range from 20% to 90% of the cost of service. We encourage you to contact your Carolina West Wireless business representative below to determine how you can save on telecommunication services for your school including wireless service. You will need to call Carolina West Wireless to request our Spin Number. As a reminder, the FY2007 window will close at 11:59pm EST on Wednesday, February 7, 2007. In addition to E-Rate funding, Carolina West Wireless offers the School Rebate Program. This program offered exclusively through Carolina West Wireless offers your school a 3% cash rebate on all participating members local monthly service fee – at no cost to you or participating members. So how do you take advantage of this program? If you are not currently enrolled in the Carolina West Wireless School Rebate Program, please contact the business representative below. Second, encourage any staff members or parents that are Carolina West Wireless customers to sign up for the program and designate your school. Again, this program is offered at no cost to participating schools and wireless customers. Carolina West Wireless has donated over $300,000.00 to area schools since the program began a little over a year ago.
