Carolina West Wireless celebrates newly opened location in Hickory Market

Carolina West Wireless (CWW), a North Carolina wireless company, formally introduced its newly opened Hickory location during a Ribbon Cutting ceremony with members of the local business community and Catawba County Chamber of Commerce in attendance.
Located in the Wal-Mart shopping center off of Highway 70, the new location boasts an updated look emphasizing CWW’s commitment to the customer and the community by offering better customer service with a more consumer friendly environment.
“Our goal with an updated look is simply that, to update everything inside and out” said Casey Clement, Director of Sales for Carolina West Wireless. “We felt as a company we needed to reevaluate and update not only the physical characteristics of all of our store locations but also how we were conducting business on the floor.
“We want to provide customers with an experience that’s satisfactory and memorable and at the same time efficient,” added Clement. “With that in mind we updated our locations with interactive phone bars and displays throughout the store and have also integrated redesigned customer service kiosk to expedite customer’s needs quickly.
“We believe these concentrated changes will increase the effectiveness of our sales representatives and at the same time pass the real benefits on to the consumer by offering them the flexibility and ease of an improved overall shopping experience.”
Location played an equally important role in the selection of the new store and should also heighten the awareness of CWW in the community.
“Being in such close proximity to Wal-Mart and Lowe’s Hardware and so many other great businesses in this general shopping area should provide us with a ton of exposure,” said Heather Fletcher, Store Manager for the Hickory Location.
“I would expect the volume of customers we see and the interest in our product to increase from that aspect alone. I think the more we establish ourselves in the Hickory market the more people will see the value of what CWW has to offer and the more successful our brand will become.”
The new Hickory location is open Monday thru Saturday, 9:00 AM-8:00 PM and on Sunday from 1:00-5:00 PM.
