Carolina West Wireless enhances consumer experience with launch of new websites

Carolina West Wireless (CWW), in an effort to continue to strengthen and improve the overall experience of its customers, announced the launch of its newly redesigned website www.carolinawest.com along with a new Bark Mobile pre-paid wireless site www.mybarkmobile.com over the Christmas Holiday.
Both sites are designed around providing the ‘online customer’ with the same benefits and services offered at the retail store level.
“We’re extremely excited about the launch of these two new sites,” said Casey Clement, Director of Sales for CWW. “The redesigned Carolina West page has an updated appearance with easier navigation and new additional features that will make the overall online customer experience more appealing.”
With the new features of the CWW website, consumers will have the ability to research and view the most up to date products and accessories available at CWW as well as access their personal accounts.
“This is another step in our continued commitment to improve the shopping experience for our customers,” Clement stated. “We’ve recently opened new store locations as well as renovated sites and in doing so, we felt it was equally as vital to offer our online customers the same benefits in terms of their shopping experience with Carolina West.
“The newly redesigned website for Carolina West has an entirely new look complimenting the same theme of our new store locations,” added Clement. “It will offer our internet based customers an ‘easier to navigate’ page that includes our most up to date product and equipment offerings as well as all of our service and plan offerings and any new promotional offerings that are available.
“In addition, customers will now have the capability to purchase products and accessories via the web and have those items shipped directly to a specified location,” continued Clement. “They will also have access to a simplified account management page that will allow each customer access to their account’s monthly billing statement for viewing or for online bill payment.”
Customers who prefer a prepaid service will have the same opportunities on Carolina West’s new Bark Mobile prepaid wireless site.
“Bark Mobile allows customers the flexibility of purchasing the same great products and the same great services without having a contract,” commented Clement. “It allows customers who prefer a ‘pay as you go’ type of plan the opportunity to select an unlimited or minute by minute package at a price that best suits their budget and their needs.”
The need for an updated web design and prepaid mobile site is something that Clement believes to be an integral part of the customer service experience and the success of Carolina West Wireless.
“With the hectic pace of our society and culture it’s been proven that more and more people are shopping online,” said Clement. “It’s estimated that roughly seventy percent of wireless customers will shop online if nothing more than to research products, plans and offerings to get the best value available to them. For us as a company to remain competitive and to keep up with the needs and desires of our customer base and to entice new customers, we felt we had to have an updated, interactive web site that allowed customers the options of either shopping or researching our offerings at their convenience.
