Carolina West Wireless Holds Ribbon Cutting for New Store Location in Lenoir

Carolina West Wireless (CWW), a North Carolina wireless company, hosted a Ribbon Cutting ceremony for its new retail store location off of Highway 321 in Lenoir along with local members of the business community and the Caldwell County Chamber of Commerce.
The Lenoir location is one of three new CWW retail stores to open in the last three months along with two additional stores in the Wilkesboro and Hickory markets.
“We’re extremely pleased and optimistic about the possibilities surrounding this new location here in Lenoir,” said Casey Clement, Director of Sales for Carolina West Wireless.
“We believe it’s a great location in a wonderful community and with the closeness of so many other prominent retail locations in the area including banks and other local businesses, this should be a very good area for us to grow and it should provide us with a lot of traffic.”
Located behind Wachovia Bank in the Cici’s Pizza Shopping Center above Wal-Mart, the new CWW Lenoir location managed by Mark Brown is in a strong area of commerce that should prove to be very beneficial.
“I think it’s a perfect location and I’m really fortunate to be able to manage a brand new store in area that’s surrounded by so many other successful businesses,” said Brown. “This location will give us more exposure in the community and with our new look and design, hopefully we’ll be able to funnel a large portion of the traffic here in our direction.”
An updated design look with a heavy emphasis on a more ‘consumer friendly’ feel is just one of the integral and attractive attributes of CWW’s new Lenoir location.
“These new locations were introduced with a focus of providing our customers with a better overall shopping experience,” said Clement. “You’ll notice as soon as you enter one of our new locations that we’ve tried to incorporate a more consumer friendly theme throughout the store centered on providing customers with a more efficient way of finding the products and services they need.
“Basically, our main goal was to find the most effective way of identifying our customer’s needs and respond to them quickly.”
The new Lenoir location is open Monday thru Saturday, 9:00 AM-9:00 PM and on Sunday from 1:00-5:00 PM.
