Carolina West Wireless participates in Haitian relief by offering customers free activation

Carolina West Wireless (CWW), in support of the earthquake victims of Haiti, is offering customers free activation or 50 percent off any in store accessory with the donation of either a ‘Health Kit for Haiti’ or a $12.00 contribution.
“This is just one small way of keeping involved with the communities we serve to let them know we care,” said Casey Clement Director of Sales for CWW. “If we can inspire our customers and employees to get involved and give back then that’s exactly what we need to do.
“It’s a horrific tragedy and though most of us can’t contribute on a large scale we can contribute as a team and as a community to show our support to the people of Haiti, it’s just the right thing to do.”
Health Kits or monetary donations will be accepted at all CWW locations. Health Kits should include the following new items and should be placed in a gallon size Ziploc bag.
• 1 hand towel
• 1 wash cloth
• 1 comb
• 1 nail file/nail clippers (no emery boards or toenail clippers)
• 1 bar of soap
• 1 toothbrush
• 6 adhesive bandages (band-aids)
• $1.00 for toothpaste to be purchased
In order to take advantage of the ‘no activation fee’ or 50 percent off any in store accessory, customers should present their Health Kit donation or cash contribution at the time of initial transaction. The kits along with any cash donations will be delivered to the victims in Haiti through local church’s and relief organizations.
