Carolina West Wireless Reopens West Jefferson Location with New Look

Carolina West Wireless (CWW), a North Carolina wireless company, held a “Friends and Family Day” on Sunday, 14th from 2-4:00 PM celebrating its newly remodeled West Jefferson location.
Located in the Wal-Mart shopping center, the store which originally opened in 2004 boast an updated design look based on a model of providing consumers with the easiest, most user friendly environment available.
Sunday’s event allowed employees and their guests an opportunity to preview the new store improvements and also served as a chance for employees to familiarize themselves with their new operations and procedures.
A formal Ribbon Cutting ceremony with the Ashe County Chamber of Commerce will be held at the store at 11:30 AM on Wednesday, April 7. All local businesses, business owners and chamber members are invited and encouraged to attend.
“This is just the continuation of a plan that was set in place some time ago to improve not only the physical appearance of our retail locations but develop better store processes as well,” said Casey Clement, Director of Sales for CWW.
“We (CWW) felt we needed to update our appearance to a more stylish, contemporary look but at the same time felt it was equally important--if not more--to identify our strengths and weaknesses from a sales standpoint and build on those as well.”
The West Jefferson location is the fourth CWW retail store outfitted with the newly integrated theme with designs for more changes at other locations to come.
“Our goal is to provide our customers with an experience that exceeds their expectations and is abundantly efficient,” Clement added. “That said, to capitalize on those opportunities we’re updating all our locations with interactive phone bars and displays and with redesigned customer service kiosk to expedite our customer’s needs faster and more proficiently.”
