Carolina West Wireless Holds Grand Openings for New Store Locations

Carolina West Wireless held grand openings for three new store locations in Wilkesboro, Lenoir and Hickory on Saturday, Dec. 5., from 8 a.m-8 p.m.
The three new locations located on Highway 421 in Wilkesboro, Highway 321 in Lenoir and Highway 70 in Hickory, were introduced with one common goal in mind according to Casey Clement, Director of Sales for CWW.
“With the constant change and evolvement of technology at such a rapid pace in the market place especially within the telecommunications industry, we as a company felt it was time to reevaluate the nature of how we were conducting business at the ground level,” said Clement. “In doing so, one of the first points of interest we looked at was the ‘consumer experience’ inside our stores.
“The ‘consumer experience’ is one of the most vital forms of success for a company as a positive experience will usually generate repeat business and referrals,” Clement continued.
“These new locations were introduced with that in mind and with more of a concentrated effort of providing our customers with a better overall shopping experience while at the same time showing our commitment to the services we offer and to the local communities we serve.”
Each new design consists of a more centralized, consumer friendly theme throughout the store centered on providing customers with an easier and more efficient way of finding the products and services they need.
“Our main emphasis in the design of these new locations was to find the most effective way of identifying our customers needs early on and then responding to those needs as quickly and as efficiently as possible,” said Clement. “We want to take a more proactive approach in understanding the needs of each customer as soon as they enter the store and then follow up by offering the most beneficial products and services to accommodate those needs in a timely manner.
“By displaying our products and services in a more consumer friendly environment, we feel it will only help to reemphasize the brand awareness of CWW within the communities we serve and prove that we offer the same services and benefits as our larger competitors without sacrificing quality, coverage and product offerings.”
